Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá biogenezí, molekulárními mechanismy a funkcemi microRNA v rostlinách. V teoretické části práce je popsána charakteristika miRNA a její evoluce, biogeneze a buněčných procesů miRNA. Dále se zabývá důležitými funkcemi miRNA u rostlin a také abiotickými a biotickými stresovými faktory. Nakonec jsou nastíněné výzkumné směry do budoucna. Abstract:
This bachelor thesis deals with biogenesis, molecular mechanisms, and functions of miRNAs in plants. The theoretical part of the thesis describes the characteristics of miRNAs and their evolution, biogenesis, and molecular mechanisms of miRNAs. It also discusses the important functions of miRNAs in plants as well as abiotic and biotic stress factors. Finally, future research directions are outlined …more
