Diplomová práce se zabývá delirantními stavy pacientů na anesteziologicko-resuscitačních odděleních a jednotkách intenzivní péče. Teoretická část práce se zaměřuje na charakteristiku delirantních stavů, jejich příčiny a příznaky, dále na rizikové faktory, diagnostiku a léčbu, jak farmakologickou, tak nefarmakologickou. The diploma thesis focuses on delirium in intensive care units. The theoretical part of the thesis includes a characteristic description of delirium, epidemiology, etiopathogenesis, and also describes the causes, symptoms and risk factors.
