Anotácia:

Tato práce se zaměřuje na studium trestných činů vůči České republice a fenoménu mezinárodního terorismu, se zvláštním důrazem na jejich charakteristiku, formy a dopady na mezinárodní politickou scénu. V teoretické části jsou detailně analyzovány specifické trestné činy, jako je vlastizrada a sabotáž, a jejich vztah k české právní legislativě. Dále se práce zabývá mezinárodním terorismem, jeho základními rysy, různými projevy a vlivem určitých ideologií, zejména islámského faktoru. Zvláštní pozornost je věnována dopadům terorismu na mezinárodní politické vztahy a strategiím prevence. V praktické části jsou uvedeny konkrétní aplikace teoretických poznatků na aktuální situace a je zde zkoumáno, jak lze zlepšit preventivní opatření. Výsledky této práce jsou shrnuty v závěru, kde jsou rovněž diskutovány možnosti budoucího vývoje v této problematice. Tato práce představuje komplexní a hluboký pohled na problematiku trestných činů a terorismu z mezinárodní perspektivy, přičemž přispívá k hlubšímu pochopení této složité problematiky.

Abstract:

This thesis focuses on the study of criminal offenses against the Czech Republic and the phenomenon of international terrorism, with particular emphasis on their characteristics, forms, and impacts on the international political scene. The theoretical part comprehensively analyzes specific criminal offenses, such as treason and sabotage, and their relation to Czech legal legislation. Furthermore, the thesis delves into international terrorism, its fundamental features, various manifestations, and the influence of certain ideologies, particularly the Islamic factor. Special attention is paid to the impact of terrorism on international political relations and prevention strategies. The practical part presents specific applications of theoretical knowledge to current situations and explores ways to enhance preventive measures. The results of this work are summarized in the conclusion, where potential future developments in this field are also discussed. This thesis offers a comprehensive and in-depth perspective on the issue of criminal offenses and terrorism from an international standpoint, contributing to a deeper understanding of this complex issue.
