Práce se zaměřuje na zmapování pojmu finanční asistence, na historický vývoj regulace této oblasti a na současný stav v české legislativě. Práce dále srovnává aktuální domácí úpravu jak pro akciové společnosti, tak i pro společnosti s ručením omezením a nabízí základní srovnání se stavem výchozí legislativy v EU a v jednotlivých zemích.
