Předložená diplomová práce je zaměřena na zkoumání sociálního klimatu firmy jako faktoru podmiňujícího výkonnost firmy. Na začátku práce je charakterizována vybraná firma a provedena analýza externího a interního prostředí, ve kterém firma působí. This diploma thesis is focused on the topic of social climate within company as a factor of company performance. At the beginning there is described chosen company and made external and internal analysis of the company environment.
