Abstract:
V diplomové práci jsem se zabýval historií a současností akcií pro zaměstnance. Dříve jako speciálního druhu akcií až po současnou podobu kmenových akcií nabývaných zaměstnanci za zvýhodněných podmínek.V práci se také zabývám opčními akciovými programy a director´s dealing což jsou pojmy které se zaměstnaneckým akcionářstvím souvisí. Abstract:
In this work I deal with employee shares in history as special sort of shares and in present time as shares for employees with advantages. This work deals also with share option programs and director´s dealing which relates with employee shares programs. At the end of work I came to result, that shares for empoyees are better like benefin, than motivation for employees.
