Cílem této diplomové práce je popsat, vysvětlit, analyzovat aktuální znění prostředků ochrany při správě daní na základě daňového řádu, zaměřit se na jejich odlišnosti a způsoby užití ve vztahu k judikatuře. Těžiště práce bude spočívat v právní úpravě jednotlivých prostředků ochrany při správě daní. Pozornost je věnována také jiným prostředkům ochrany při správě daní. The aim of this thesis is to describe, explain and analyze current version of protective measures in tax administration under the Tax Code, to focus on their differences and methods of use in relation to jurisprudence.
