Evropský kodex o vývozu zbraní: analýza z hlediska politického cyklu

EU Code of Conduct on Arms Exports: a policy-cycle analysis
Abstract:
Práce dokazuje, že metodologický rámec policy analysis, resp. jeho součást politický cyklus, lze použít na zkoumání konkrétního nástroje politiky Evropské unie, přestože původně byl tento rámec vytvořen pro národní státy. Na příkladu Kodexu EU o vývozu zbraní analyzuje pozadí celého diskursu, v němž Kodex vznikl, a jednotlivé fáze a aktéry podílející se na vzniku tohoto nástroje.
Abstract:
The thesis advocated that policy-cycle method, though primarily shaped on the area of national states, is applicable on a particular policy within the EU. On the example of the EU Code of Conduct of Arms Exports, it analyses the background leading to the creation of this instrument as well as subsequent phases and actors that took part in creating it and continue to take part in forming it.
