Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá genderovými rozdíly v komunikaci vrcholových manažerů a také tím, jak jsou jejich komunikační strategie odlišné. Teoretická část definuje komunikaci všeobecně, poté popisuje manažerskou, verbální a neverbální komunikaci, také gender, genderovou identitu, genderové role, genderové stereotypy, genderové rozdíly v jazyce a ženské či mužské styly veřejného projevu. Analytická část studuje šest vybraných rozhovorů s vrcholovými manažery a porovnává ženské a mužské komunikační strategie, které jsou definovány v teoretické části.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis deals with a gender differences in communication of top managers and how different are their communication strategies. The theoretical part defines communication in general, then describes managerial, verbal and nonverbal communication, gender, gender identity and roles, gender stereotypes, gender differences in language and in feminine and masculine public speaking style. The analytical part studies selected six interviews of top managers and provides comparison of female and male communication strategies which are defined in the theoretical part.
