Physiotherapy at post-natal brachial plexus palsy

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce je napsána na téma fyzioterapie u poporodní parézy brachiálního plexu. V práci se zabývám zejména problematikou poranění brachiálního plexu a celou práci člením do devíti částí. První částí je úvod, ve kterém řeším především důvod výběru daného tématu. Do druhé části jsem zařadila obecnou část celé bakalářské práce, která obsahuje nejenom anatomii a kineziologii horní končetiny, ale také anatomii nervové soustavy, poruchu a regeneraci periferního nervu, poranění brachiálního plexu, diagnózu a prognózu onemocnění, incidenci a etiologii, diagnostické postupy a diferenciální diagnostiku a také terapeutické postupy u paréz plexus brachialis. Ve třetí, speciální části se zmiňuji o možnostech rehabilitace u tohoto onemocnění. Do čtvrté části jsem zahrnula cíle a úkoly práce a v páté části se zabývám rozborem a samotnou rehabilitací pacienta. Šestou částí je diskuze a do sedmé části bakalářské práce patří závěr, následují části jako literatura a jako poslední přílohy.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis deals with the Physiotherapy at Postnatal Paresis of the Brachial Plexus. I deal primarily with the issue of injury of the brachial plexus. The work is divided into nine parts. The first part is an introduction which covers especially the reason why this particular topic was chosen. The second part contains some general information crucial for the thesis such as the anatomy and kinesiology of the upper extremity. Additionally, I also mention anatomy of the nervous system disorder and regeneration of peripheral nerve, brachial plexus injury, diagnosis and prognosis of disease incidence and etiology, diagnostic procedures and differential diagnosis as well as the therapeutic procedures in brachial plexus paresis. The third part focuses on the possibilities in rehabilitation of this disease. In the fourth part there are goals and tasks included and finally the fifth part deals with analysis and rehabilitation of the patient itself. The sixth part acts as a discussion and the seventh parts at the very end of the thesis, which conclude it at the same time, are a conclusion, sources and appendices.
