Témou bakalárskej práce je miesto a úloha externej komunikácie finančnej inštitúcie. Tak ako je komunikácia nevyhnutnou súčasťou každodenného života, tak je externá komunikácia neoddeliteľnou súčasťou každej finančnej inštitúcie.
