Abstract:
Předmětem této diplomové práce je právní úprava organizovaných trhů s drahými kovy. Drahé kovy se obchodují jednak jako tzv. reálná aktiva a jednak jako finanční deriváty odvozené od drahých kovů. Práce se zaměřuje z důvodu omezení rozsahu pouze na některé aspekty této problematiky. The topic of this Thesis is legal regulation of organised precious metal markets. Precious metals are traded either as so called tangible assets or as financial derivatives of precious metals.
