Preparation and properties of Er\hindex{3+} doped La\dindex{2}O\dindex{3}-ZnO-TeO\dindex{2} glasses

Abstract:

Předložená diplomová práce se zabývá studiem skel (TeO\dindex{2})\dindex{100-x-y}(ZnO)\dindex{x}(La\dindex{2}O\dindex{3})\y} dopovaných 0,5 at.% Er\hindex{3+} a skel (TeO\dindex{2})\dindex{70}(ZnO)\dindex{25}(La\dindex{2}O\dindex{3})\dindex{5}. (TeO\dindex{2})\dindex{65}(ZnO)\dindex{30}(La\dindex{2}O\dindex{3})\dindex{5}, (TeO2)\dindex{65}(ZnO)\dindex{35} dopovaných 0; 0,02; 0,1; 0,5; 1 at.% Er\hindex{3+}. Chemické složení skel bylo určeno energiově-disperzní analýzou, amorfní stav rentgenovou difrakční analýzou a struktura skel Ramanovou spektroskopií. Stanoveny byly některé fyzikálně-chemické vlastnosti v závislosti na chemickém složení jako měrná hmotnost, molární objem, teplota skelné transformace, spektrální závislost absorpčního koeficientu a disperze indexu lomu. Zvýšená pozornost byla věnována fotoluminiscenci skel.

Abstract:

This master thesis deals with the study of glasses (TeO\dindex{2})\dindex{100-x-y}(ZnO)\dindex{x}(La\dindex{2}O\dindex{3})\dindex{y} doped at 0,5 at.% Er\hindex{3+} and glasses (TeO\dindex{2})\dindex{70}(ZnO)\dindex{25}(La\dindex{2}O\dindex{3})\dindex{5}. (TeO\dindex{2})\dindex{65}(ZnO)\dindex{30}(La\dindex{2}O\dindex{3})\dindex{5}, (TeO\dindex{2})\dindex{65}(ZnO)\dindex{35} doped 0; 0,02; 0,1; 0,5; 1 at.% Er\hindex{3+}. The chemical composition of the glasses was determined by energy-dispersion analysis, the amorphous state by X-ray diffraction analysis and the structure of the glasses by Raman spectroscopy. Some physico-chemical properties depending on the chemical composition were determined, such as density, molar volume, glass transformation temperature, spectral dependence of the absorption coefficient and refractive index dispersion. Increased attention was paid to the photoluminescence of the glasses.
