Metodika návrhu pokročilých flexibilních komponent z kompozitních materiálů za využití numerických simulací

Abstract:

Tato práce se zabývá stanovením metodiky konstrukčního návrhu pokročilých kompozitních pružných spojek za využití virtuálního prototypingu a numerických simulací, které jsou podpořeny daty získanými z experimentálních měření na zkušebních a funkčních vzorcích. V rešeršní části této práce jsou uvedeny současně používané výztužné materiály pro kompozity a možné technologie výroby kompozitních dílů. Na tuto část navazuje druhá teoretická část práce, která se zabývá mechanickými vlastnostmi kompozitních materiálů vyztužených dlouhými vlákny a je zejména zaměřena na pevnostní kritéria pro ortotropní materiály. Ve třetí teoretické části této práci je provedena rešerše stávajících pružných komponent z kompozitních materiálů. Další část práce je zaměřena na vlastní výzkumnou část, která se zabývá numerickými simulacemi a experimentálním měřením na vybraných komponentách. Přesněji je zde řešena pokročilá univerzální pružná spojka, která umožňuje přenos tahového, tlakového či ohybového zatížení s požadovanou tuhostí v daných směrech mezi dvěma body. Druhou řešenou komponentou je pokročilá kompozitní vlnovcová spojka umožňující přenos krouticího momentu s požadovanou axiální a úhlovou tuhostí. Ověření navržené metodiky bylo provedeno na dvou funkčních vzorcích. V práci je uvedena celá řada pozitiv, které sebou přináší použití kompozitních materiálů v oblasti pružných spojů a jejich stávající vysoký výzkumně-vědecký potenciál. V závěru práce jsou popsány souhrny jednotlivých oblastí a uvedeny získané poznatky.

Abstract:

This paper deals with the determination of methodology of design of advanced composite flexible couplings using virtual prototyping and numerical simulations, that are supported by data obtained from experimental measurements and functional test samples. The currently used composite reinforcement materials and possible manufacturing technologies of the composite parts are given in the first part of the theoretical section of this work. The second part of the theoretical section deals with the mechanical properties of long fibre reinforced composites and it is mainly focused on the failure criterions for orthotropic materials. Existing flexible components made from composite materials are described in the third part of the theoretical section. The next part of the thesis is focused on the author's research into composite flexible joints, which deals with numerical simulations and experimental testing of selected components. More specifically, an advanced universal flexible coupling with a specific stiffness in the main directions between two points that is intended for transfer of tensile, compressive and bending loads. The second component is an advanced composite bellows coupling that allows transfer of torque with the desired axial and angular stiffness. The proposed methodology was verified on two functional samples. The paper presents a number of positives that the using of composite materials in the field of the flexible joints and their existing high research and scientific potential brings. At the end of the thesis, the conclusions of the individual areas are described and the acquired knowledge is presented.
