Bakalářská práce je věnována problematice agenturního zaměstnávání. Prostřednictvím analýzy jednotlivých zdrojů právní úpravy na úrovni českého, evropského i mezinárodního práva je jedním z cílů práce, vytvořit ucelené pojednání o tomto poměrně novodobém institutu, který se v českém právu vyskytuje od roku 2004.
