Bakalářská práce si dává za cíl analyzovat podnikatelskou teorii společnosti AMON CS, s.r.o. V teoretické části práce popisuje základní teorie strategického řízení a dále rozebírá podnikatelskou teorii na své tři části popsané P.F. Druckerem. Bachelor thesis sets its objective as analysis of the theory of the business in company AMON CS, s.r.o. In theoretical part thesis describes basic theory of strategic management in the company, and divides theory of the business in its three parts as described by P.F. Drucker.
