Breaking rules in favor of clients of social services

Abstract:

Cílem této práce je zmapovat oblast porušování pravidel ve prospěch klientů a následně tyto poznatky promítnout v dotazníku. Dotazník bude určen sociálním pracovníkům ve SPOD organizacích. Práce má za cíl popsat různá vnitřní pravidla organizace, která sociální pracovníci porušují a navrhnout dotazník, který se ptá na opakující se vzorce v porušování těchto pravidel. Zohledněna je i etická stránka, která má za účel nastínit etická přesvědčení a morální zásady jednotlivých pracovníků. Na závěr jsou specifikovány problémy a úskalí, se kterými se setkávají sociální pracovníci v důsledku porušování vnitřních pravidel organizace. Hlavní přínos práce spočívá v analýze vnitřních pravidel organizací a jejích porušování a v návrhu výzkumu a předvýzkumu.

Abstract:

The aim of this work is to map the area of violation of the rules in favor of clients and then reflect this knowledge in the questionnaire. The questionnaire will be intended for social workers in SPOD organizations. The thesis aims to describe the various internal rules of the organization that social workers violate and design a questionnaire that asks about recurring patterns in violating these rules. The ethical aspect is also taken into account, which is intended to outline the ethical beliefs and moral principles of individual employees. At the end we specify problems and difficulties faced by social workers as a result of violating the internal rules of the organization. The main contribution of the work consist of the analysis of internal rules of organizations and their violations and design of research and pre-research.
