Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou stresu a jeho zvládáním u pracovníků ve složkách integrovaného záchranného systému, tedy policistů, hasičů a pracovníků zdravotnické záchranné služby. Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na copingové strategie zvládání zátěže, kterou s sebou práce v těchto složkách přináší. The Bachelor thesis deals with the issue of the stress and its coping among the integrated rescue system workers ie police officers, firefighters and workers of the medical rescue service.
