Population Protection during Natural Disasters

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá tématem ochrana obyvatelstva při živelních pohromách. Je rozdělena na dvě hlavní části, teoretickou a praktickou část. V teoretické části je popsaná historie a legislativa týkající se dané problematiky. Dále jsou popsány hlavní úkoly ochrany obyvatelstva a porovnání ochrany obyvatelstva ve vybraných evropských státech. Poslední část je věnována živelních pohromám a jejich dělení. Praktická část popisuje jednu z nejčastějších živelních pohrom, což je povodeň. Další část je věnována stručné charakteristice vybraného podniku, jaké jsou jeho úkoly a postupy při povodních. Poslední části práce popisuje návrhy na zlepšení opatření pro vybraný podnik.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis deals with the protection of the population during natural disasters. Bachelor is divided into two main parts: theoretical and practical. The theoretical part describes history and the basic legislation. It describes the main tasks of protecting the po-pulation and compares the protection of the population in selected European countries. The last part is dedicated to natural disasters and their division. The practical part describes one of the most common natural disaster, floods. The next part is dedicated a brief description of the selected company, its tasks and procedures during floods. The last part this bachelor describes the proposals for improvement measures for the selected company.
