Dissolution Kinetics of Theophylline Drugs
Abstract:
Práce shrnuje základní informace o fyzikálních a fyzikálně-chemických vlastnostech theophyllinu. Zabývá se jeho farmakologickým využitím, včetně farmakokinetických a farmakodynamických vlastností léčiv s touto účinnou látkou. Hlavním tématem je disoluční kinetika pevných lékových forem s účinnou látkou theophyllin, zejména s ohledem na vliv excipientů na disoluční profil léčiva.
Abstract:
Thesis summarizes the basic information about the physical and physico-chemical properties of theophylline. It deals with the pharmacological uses, including pharmacokinetic and pharmacodynamic properties of drugs with the active ingredient.
