Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zabývá návrhem a implementací vícerozměrného systému měření a řízení výkonnosti pro distribuční prodejní kanál velkoobchodní společnosti. Navržený systém je založen na principech koncepce Balanced Scorecard čtvrté generace. Práce je rozdělena do čtrnácti kapitol. Prvních pět kapitol představuje teoretické zázemí práce. Následující kapitoly jsou věnovány aplikaci Balanced Scorecard v praxi. Nejprve je představen distribuční prodejní kanál společnosti. V návaznosti na tyto informace je provedena SWOT analýza. Z předchozích výsledků vychází management při sestavení konkrétní budoucnosti pro určení strategie distribuce. Následně je vytvořena strategická mapa. V závěrečných kapitolách je navržen samotný systém měření a řízení výkonnosti Balanced Scorecard a jeho implementace v rámci distribuční služby zkoumané společnosti.

Abstract:

This thesis deals with the design and implementation of multidimensional performance measurement and management system for a distribution channel in a wholesale company. The system is based on the principles of the fourth generation of Balanced Scorecard conception. The thesis is divided into fourteen chapters. The first five chapters introduce the theoretical background of the thesis. The next chapters are presenting aplication of Balanced Scorecard in real life. First, the company's distribution sales channel is introduced. In connection to this information a SWOT analysis has been performed. The management takes the previous result as an important input when shaping the future for the building of the distribution strategy. As a next step, a strategic map is created. In the final chapters, the system of performance measurement and management Balanced Scorecard is desgined and an implementation within the distribution service of the company is made.
