Bakalářská práce se zabývá úpravou postavení zaměstnanců ve veřejné správě. Práce je rozvržena do pěti kapitol. První kapitola obsahuje charakteristiku pojmů veřejná správa a pracovní vztahy ve veřejné správě. Druhá kapitola je věnována reformě veřejné správy po listopadových událostech v roce 1989.
