Comparison of functioning of the MMP electoral system in Germany and in Albania
Abstract:
Tato práce se zabývá porovnáním fungování personalizovaného poměrného volebního systému v Německu a v Albánii. Cílem práce bylo popsat tyto volební systémy s ohledem na alokaci mandátů a porovnat jejich fungování na základě jejich vlivu na stranický systém, proporcionalitu výstupů a strategické účinky.
Abstract:
This work is comparising functioning of MMP in Germany and Albania. Main goal of the work is to describe these electoral systems and comparise both of them based on terms such allocation of mandates, impact on party system and their strategic effects.
