Bakalářská práce se věnuje právního režimu pozemků při dobývání vyhrazených nerostů. Po vymezení základních pojmů byly charakterizovány vztahy, které vznikají mezi vlastníkem vyhrazených nerostů (státem), vlastníkem pozemku a osobou, která nerosty dobývá (organizací). Mining law legislation with respect to legal regime of land during mining of reserved minerals is analyzed in this bachelor thesis. Basic terms are firstly introduced and the relation between the state (as an owner of the reserved minerals), the owner of the land, under which the reserved minerals are situated, and the organization that mines these minerals are described.
