Anotácia:

Předmětem diplomové práce „Transformace podniků v kontextu strategie růstu“ je vymezení růstových strategií podniků, s cílem zaměřit se zejména na strategii fúze. V teoretické části práce jsou analyzovány podstatné teorie, které objasňují volbu fúze jako transformační strategie. Rovněž je popsán průběh fúze v praxi a její vliv na subjekty, které se jí účastní. V praktické části práce jsou potom popsány zkušenosti zvoleného podniku s fúzí a prostřednictvím formulovaných hypotéz testovány poznatky z teoretické části práce.

Abstract:

The subject of the submitted thesis: "The transformation of enterprises in the context of the growth strategy" is to define growth strategies of enterprises, with the aim to focus particularly on merger strategy. In the theoretical part are analyzed relevant theories that explain the choice of fusion as a method of transformation. It also describes the process of mergers in practice and its impact on those who are involved. The practical part describes the experience of the selected company through a merger and via chosen hypotheses is being tested acquired knowledge from the theoretical part of the thesis.
