The influence of various methods of processing the soil to output parameters of a tractor set

Abstract:

V diplomové práci je podán literární přehled o historickém vývoji způsobů zpracování půdy ve světě a v České republice. Dále je v práci uveden přehled způsobů zpracování půdy používaný na území České republiky. Na závěr teoretické části jsou popsána opatření vedoucí ke zlepšení výstupních parametrů traktorových souprav při zpracování půdy.Praktická část pojednává o vlivu různých způsobů zpracování půdy na výstupní parametry traktorové soupravy. Při terénním měření se měnily režimy motoru traktoru a sledoval se vliv na hektarovou a objemovou výkonnost, hektarovou a objemovou spotřebu paliva soupravy traktoru John Deere 7290R v agregaci s poloneseným pluhem Kverneland PN 100 a diskovým podmítačem Grégoire Besson XRV 666 48. Ve výsledcích je také uveden prokluz kol pro jednotlivé pracovní režimy a způsoby zpracování půdy. Byl zjištěn vliv změny pracovního režimu motoru na výkonnostní a ekonomické parametry traktorové soupravy. Z důvodu příliš velkých rozdílů ve způsobu zpracování půdy mezi orbou a podmítkou nebyly výsledky přímo porovnány, nicméně v diskuzi je popsán vliv různých způsobů zpracování půdy na výstupní parametry traktorových souprav.

Abstract:

The subject of this thesis is a literary overview of the historical progress of methods of processing the soil in the Czech Republic and in the world and methods of processing the soil using in the Czech Republic these days. The conclusion of the theoretical part are suggestions leading to the improvement of the output parameters of tractors sets during the soil processing.The practical part of the thesis is dealing with the influence of various methods of processing the soil to output parameters of a tractor set. During the field measurements, the engine mode was being changed and the influence on the hectare and volume efficiency as well as the hectare and volume fuel consumption was being monitored. Tractor set was consisting of tractor John Deere 7290R in aggregation with half-carried plow Kverneland PN 100 and disc harrow Grégoire Besson XRV 666 48. In results are presented wheel slips for motor working modes and for methods of processing the soil. An influence of mode changing to efficiency and economical parameters of the tractor set was found. Although because of significant differences between processing the soil by plowing any by harrowing, the results could not be compared properly. The influence of processing the soil to output parameters of tractors sets is described in the discussion part.
