Bakalářská práce se zaměřením na telefonickou krizovou intervenci. V teoretické části jsou definovány pojmy krize, krizová intervence, telefonická krizová intervence a také je zde představena pracovní pozice krizového pracovníka. The bachelor thesis is focus on telephone crisis intervention. The theoretical part focuses on defining the terms crisis, crisis intervention are defined and also the job position of a crisis worker is introduced.
