Fire Safety Solution of the Newly Built Family House

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce je zaměřená na "Požárně bezpečnostní řešení novostavby rodinného domu". V teoretické části je základní terminologie pojmů, právní předpisy, popis požární bezpečnosti staveb a její dokumentace. Praktická část je zaměřena na příčiny vzniku požáru v konkrétním rodinném domě pomocí analytické metody FTA. Na základě posouzení projektu stavby jsem vypracovala dokumentaci k zabezpečení domu před požárem. V závěru práce je návrh a doporučení k vyššímu zabezpečení domu před požárem nad rámec legislativy.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis focuses on the " Fire safety solution of the newly built family house". In the theoretical part is the basic terminology of terms, legal regulations, description of fire safety of buildings and its documentation. The practical part focuses on the causes of fire in a particular family house using analytical method FTA. Based on the assessment of the construction project, I have prepared documentation to secure the house from a fire. At the end of the thesis is the suggestion and recommendations for higher security of the house before the fire goes beyond the legislation.
