Abstract:

Absolventská práce řeší roli a postavení prezidenta republiky, sleduje historický vývoj a především jeho současné ústavní zařazení. Věnuje se volbě prezidenta, pravomocem i působnosti a také jeho vztahu k moci zákonodárné, výkonné a soudní. Nedílnou součástí práce je též dotazník, který zjišťuje, jaké je povědomí občanů o prezidentské funkci.

Abstract:

The Graduate work deals with the role and position of the President of the republic. It follows the historical development and especially his constitutional inclusion these days. It is devoted to the election of the President, powers and competences and also to his relationship to the legislative, executive and judicial power. The questionnaire, which finds out the citizens’ awareness of the presidential function, is also an inseparable part of this work.
