The analysis of the reasons for choosing the profession of a researcher
Abstract:
Hlavním cílem této práce je zanalyzovat situaci českých vědců z pohledu financí, prestiže, ale také vzdělání a zjistit, jaké faktory vedou studenty terciárního vzdělávání k rozhodnutí se pro kariéru vědeckého pracovníka. Za účelem naplnění cíle práce bylo provedeno dotazníkové šetření mezi studenty doktorských studijních programů.
Abstract:
The main objective of this bachelor thesis is to analyze the situation of Czech scientists from the perspective of finance, prestige and education. Furthermore to determine what factors lead students of tertiary education for decision to be a researcher. In order to fulfill the objective of this work was among doctoral students performed questionnaire survey.
