Cieľom tejto práce je zmapovať zmeny dynamiky časových radov popisujúcich trh nehnuteľností v dobe pandémie v Českej republike. Na začiatku práce sú zadefinované základné pojmy a teoretické kanály, ktorými môže pandémia ovplyvniť situáciu na trhu s nehnuteľnosťami.
