Management of Receivables of a Housing Association XY

Abstract:

Cílem bakalářské práce je analýza pohledávek z obchodních a nájemních vztahů bytového družstva a zpracování návrhů na jejich efektivní řízení. V teoretické práci je na základě literární rešerše zpracována problematika družstev, pohledávek a jejich řízení. Důležitou částí je také finanční analýza s vysvětlením podstatných ukazatelů souvisejících s pohledávkami a celkovou finanční situací družstva. Praktická část se podrobně zabývá analýzou pohledávek družstva v jednotlivých letech, způsoby řízení pohledávek, stručnou finanční analýzou a v neposlední řadě také obecnými informacemi o družstvu. Závěr práce obsahuje návrhy a doporučení pro zlepšení evidence a řízení pohledávek.

Abstract:

The aim of the thesis is the analysis of receivables of business and rental relationships of a housing co-operative and working out proposals for their efficient management. The theoretical part deals with an issue of housing co-operatives, receivables and their management based on literary research. An important part is the financial analysis with an explanation of important indicators connected with receivables and overall financial situ-ation of the housing co-operative. The practical section deals with the analysis of housing co-operative's receivables in individual years, ways of claim management, a brief financial analysis and, not least, general information about the housing co-operative. The conclusion contains suggestions and recommendations for improving of receivables register and management.
