Abstract:

Resumé v českém jazyce Tématem mé práce je ošetřovatelský proces u pacienta s dekubity, jejich prevence a léčba ? úroveň znalostí sester o prevenci vzniku dekubitů. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. V teoretické části se zaměřuji na charakteristiku dekubitů, preventivní opatření, léčbu a v neposlední řadě ošetřovatelský proces. V praktické části jsem se provedla šetření úrovně vědomostí sester o prevenci vzniku dekubitů. Pro svůj výzkum jsem použila kvantitativní metodu ve formě dotazníku, který byl sestaven tak, aby mu porozuměla každá respondentka. Získané informace jsem zapsala do tabulek a grafů. Stanovila jsem si čtyři hypotézy, v jejichž řešení jsem rozdělila zkoumanou skupinu na dvě části - sestry v akutní péči a sestry v následné péči - porovnala jsem jejich úrověň znalostí. Stanovené hypotézy se mi potvrdily. Výsledky mého výzkumu mají určitý přínos v oblasti prevence, léčení a ošetřování dekubitů.

Abstract:

The main topic of my work is the prevention and treatment of decubitus ? the knowledge level of nurses in the decubitus issue. The workis divided into the theoretical and the practical part. In the theoretical part I focused on the characteristics of decubitus, preventive measures, treatment and last but not least nursing process. In the practical part I was concerned with the enquiry of the level of nurses' knowledge in the decubitus issue. For my research I used the quantitative method in the form of the questionnaire, which was designed in the most understandable way for each respondent. I entered the acquired information into the tables and graphs. I determined the hypothesis, in the solution of which I divided the examined group into two parts. The first group include the nurses in the standard care, the second group imply the nurses in the subsequent care. And I compared the knowledge level of these two groups. The defined hypotheses were confirmed. Generally I evaluate the outcome of my investigation positively.
