Abstract:
Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou kontaminace životního prostředí těžkými kovy. Teoretická část práce je věnována vstupu a existenci těžkých kovů v prostředí a účinkům kovů na organismy. Podrobněji jsou charakterizovány těžké kovy kadmium, arzen, olovo a měď. Další část je zaměřena na problematiku biomarkerů, jejich klasifikaci a význam. The master thesis looks into the issues of an environmental contamination by heavy metals. The theoretic part of the work deals with the entry of heavy metals and their existence in the environment and the effects of metals on organisms.
