Printing of thin-film flexible batteries

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce je zaměřena na tisk tenkovrstvých flexibilních baterií se Zn anodou a MnO2 katodou. Teoretická část se zabývá základními vlastnostmi baterií, složením flexibilních baterií a technikami tisku, které se pro tisk baterií využívají. Dále jsou zde uvedeny materiály, které lze použít jako substráty pro flexibilní aplikace. Experimentální část je zaměřena na tisk baterií na sítotiskové tiskovém stroji a následném měřením vybíjecí kapacity článků.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis focuses on the printing of thin-film flexible batteries with Zn anode and MnO2 cathode. The theoretical part focuses on the basic characteristics of the batteries, the structure of flexible batteries and the printing techniques used for printing the batteries. Furthermore, materials that can be used as substrates for flexible applications are presented. The experimental part focuses on printing batteries on a screen printing press and then measuring the discharge capacity of the cells.
