Tato diplomová práce se zabývá vlivem matričních jevů na citlivost měření emisních čar vybraných prvků a kvantitativní stanovení těchto prvků metodou spektroskopie laserem buzeného mikroplazmatu (LIBS). Vliv matrice byl sledován u standardních referenčních skleněných materiálů NIST, glazovaných dlaždic, ocelí a karbidů wolframu, které jsou hojně využívanými referenčními materiály. This thesis deals with influence of matrix effects on the sensitivity of the measurement of emission lines of selected elements and quantitative determination of these elements by laser induced breakdown spectroscopy (LIBS).
