Abstract:
Tato práce se zabývá nealkoholickou jaterní steatózou, onemocněním, pro které je charakteristická patologie lipidového metabolismu (konkrétně změna obsahu mastných kyselin a lipogenních enzymů v plazmě). Cílem experimentální části této práce bylo stanovení mastných kyselin v plazmě pacientů s onemocněním NAFLD a zdravých jedinců. This work deals with non-alcoholic liver steatosis, a disease characterized by the pathology of lipid metabolism (specifically changes in the content of fatty acids and lipogenic enzymes in plasma). The aim of the experimental part of this work was to determine the fatty acids in the plasma of patients with NAFLD and healthy individuals.
