Abstract:
Tématem diplomové práce je personální plánování a jeho úloha v podnikové strategii. Celá práce bude mít deskriptivní a analytický charakter. Bude však také použita analýza statistických údajů. To vše vyústí do návrhu způsobů plánování, které jsou pro daný podnik nejvýhodnější jak vzhledem k rentabilitě, tak i vzhledem k vytvoření zdravého a profesionálního klimatu

The main target of my diploma war is the planning and its main role in a company strategy. A descriptive and analytical character is covered in my all work on the other hand the analysis of statistic data is involved as well.
