Předmětem této diplomové práce je analýza a komparace toho, jak přijetí nového občanského zákoníku ovlivňuje právo myslivosti, zejména uzákonění pojmu zvíře. The subject of my thesis is the analysis and comparison of how the adoption of the new Civil Code affects the legal regulation of gamekeeping, especially enactment of the concept of animal.
