Creativity management in inventive teams

Abstract:

Tato práce s názvem „Řízení kreativity v tvůrčích týmech“ se věnuje tématu kreativity z hlediska využití jejího řízení právě v tvůrčích týmech. Autor na základě odborné literatury kombinované s vlastním výzkumem popisuje představu o pojmu týmové kreativity a vlivu jejího řízení na tvůrčí proces. V prvních částech je věnován větší prostor teoretickému popisu jednotlivých fenoménů, které se zkoumaným jevem souvisí. Následující pasáže jsou věnovány popisu výsledků výzkumu, který probíhal formou polostrukturovaných rozhovorů s tvůrci volnočasových projektů, tzv. larpů. Na základě obou východisek tato práce poukazuje na oblasti, kterým by v rámci týmového tvůrčího procesu měla být věnována pozornost.

Abstract:

This thesis titled "Creativity management in inventive teams" focuses on the theme of creativity in terms of its use in the management of inventive teams. The author, on the basis of scientific literature combined with own research describes the idea of the concept of team creativity and influence of management on the creative process. The first part is devoted more to the theoretical description of the various phenomena that examined phenomenon is related to. The following parts are devoted to the results of the research, which was conducted through interviews with the creators of leisure projects, ie. Larps. On the basis of those two assumptions, this work highlights the areas that should be addressed within the creative process in teams.
