Abstract:
V úvodu práce je krátce vysvětlen pojem migrace. Z pohledu azylové problematiky pak přichází v úvahu zejména nedobrovolná, vynucená migrace a účast mocenského aparátu země původu na této nedobrovolné migraci. První část práce nazvaná azyl, se zabývá azylovou legislativou na mezinárodní úrovni a legislativním vývojem v této oblasti v České republice.
