Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá analýzou fluktuace zaměstnanců. Teoretická část práce definuje základní pojmy týkající se fluktuace, příčiny odchodů zaměstnanců a jejími důsledky, a to jak negativní, tak pozitivní. Druhá část práce se zabývá výzkumem problému odchodu zaměstnanců, kde byla provedena analýza fluktuace v jednotlivých letech podle pohlaví, generace a pracovní pozice. Dále byl proveden výzkum metodou strukturovaného rozhovoru a dotazníkového šetření, které sloužili k hlubší pochopení problematiky fluktuace ve společnosti.Cílem bakalářské práce je vydefinovat fluktuaci a následně zanalyzovat problematiku fluktuace ve vybrané firmě XY, vyhodnotit výsledky a v závěru vypracovat možná doporučení společnosti k dalšímu postupu.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis is focusing on analysis of the Employee Turnover Process. The theoretical part of the bachelor thesis defines the basic concepts of the Employee Turnover, the reasons for the Employee Turnover and their consequences, both negative and positive. The second part of the bachelor thesis focuses on the research of the staff turnover problem – the analysis of Employee Turnover was performed in individual years according to the gender, the generation and the job position. In addition, the research was conducted through a structured interview and questionnaire survey for a more thorough understanding of the problem of employee turnover in the company. The aim of the bachelor thesis is to define the Employee Turnover and then to analyse this problem in selected company XY, to evaluate the results and to prepare possible recommendation for the company at the end of the bachelor thesis.
