Bakalářská práce se zabývá odposlechy telefonních hovorů podle platného trestního práva procesního. Odposlechy souvisejí se záznamem telekomunikačního provozu, jeho rozboru se však věnovat nebude. Práce nejprve vymezí institut odposlechů, co vlastně tento pojem znamená, jaké subjekty jej mohou použít a na jakém základě. Dále práce analyzuje právní vývoj odposlechů až do současné doby. Bachelor work is about tapping of phone calls according to valid criminal law. Tapping have connection with recording of telecommunication running, but we will not focus on its description.
