Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá motivačními faktory studentů ke studiu oboru Zdravotně-sociální pracovník (dále jen ZSP). Úvodní kapitoly práce charakterizují vývoj a specifika zdravotně-sociální práce v ČR. This bachelor thesis deals with motivational factors of students for studying the field of medical social worker (further ZSP). Initial chapters of the thesis describe the development and features of Health and Social Work in the Czech Republic.
