Bakalářská práce se zabývá informovaností a přípravou respondentů předdůchodové generace v Ústí nad Labem na stáří. V úvodní části práce jsou zpracovány teoretické poznatky výkladů pojmů: stárnutí, stáří, důchod, možnosti volnočasových aktivit, sociálních služeb a krizové intervence v Ústí nad Labem.
