Valuation of the construction company Průmstav Náchod s.r.o.

Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zabývá investičním oceněním malé až středně velké stavební společnosti Průmstav Náchod s.r.o. pro případný prodej podílu společnosti jedním z majitelů. Práce je rozdělena do dvou částí přičemž první část se věnuje teoretickému základu oceňování podniků, kde je popsán postup ocenění, dále jsou definovány používané pojmy a uveden výčet obvykle používaných metod. Druhá část práce je věnována praktickému využití poznatků z první, teoretické, části. Nejprve jsou uvedeny charakteristiky společnosti následované strategickou a finanční analýzou, které hodnotí vnější a vnitřní potenciál firmy. Výsledky z předchozích analýz se projeví v sestaveném finančním plánu, který je podkladem pro výsledné ocenění metodou DCF entity k datu 31. 12. 2017. Pro stanovení dolní hranice ocenění a částečnou kontrolu je použito stanovení hodnoty účetní metodou. Na závěr je vynesen a okomentován výrok o výsledném ocenění společnosti.

Abstract:

This thesis deals with the project of determining the investment value of small to medium-sized construction company Průmstav Náchod s.r.o. in case of potential sale of the share of the company by one of the owners. The thesis is divided into two parts, the first, theoretical, part deals with description of basic terms determining the value of the company as well as single steps of determining the company value including usually used methods.The second part deals with the practical application of the knowledge from the first, theoretical part. In the beggining there are company's characteristics which are followed by a strategic and financial analysis that evaluates the company's external and internal potential. The results from previous analyzes will be reflected in the prepared financial plan, which is the basis for the resulting valuation by the DCF method to date of 31. 12. 2017. To determine the lower limit of the valuation and partial control is used accounting method. In conclusion is presented and commented the statement about the final valuation of the company.
