Téma práce se zabývá řešením měření dílce na 3D souřadnicovém měřicím stroji Axiom too HS společnosti Aberlink a následné vyhodnocení měření pomocí metody statistické analýzy. Vytváří zcela nový měrový program a zkoumá za pomoci opakovatelnosti a reprodukovatelnosti stabilitu procesu a samotného měření. Thesis deals of the measurement of a piece on the 3D coordinate measuring machine names Axiom too HS and the subsequent evaluation of the measurements using the statistical met-hod. It creates an entirely new measurement program and examines the stability of the pro-cess with the aid of repeatability and reproducibility.
