Abstract:
Cílem diplomové práce je rozbor právního režimu smlouvy o výkonu funkce. Práce se zabývá jak zákonným režimem smlouvy o výkonu funkce, tak i režimem smluveným. Zvlášť je tak řešena zákonná podpůrná aplikace ustanovení o příkazu. V další části práce je pojednáno o vztahu zákoníku práce a pracovní smlouvy ke smlouvě o výkonu funkce. The aim of this Diploma Thesis is to describe the legal regime of the managerial contract. The Thesis deals with the legal regulations of the managerial contract as well as conditions determined by various agreements.
