Tématem diplomové práce je analýza a zhodnocení současné právní úpravy vztahů obecných soudů a rozhodčích soudů. V první části práce je stručně uvedena problematika rozhodčího řízení a jeho vymezení. The theme of the thesis is an analysis and evaluation of the current regulation of the interaction between Courts and Arbitrators. In the first part of this thesis is briefly mentioned the issue of arbitration and its definition.
