International Income Taxation of Individuals
Abstract:
Předmětem diplomové práce je mezinárodní zdanění příjmů se zaměřením na fyzické osoby. Práce se nejdříve věnuje vymezení základních pojmů a právní oblasti mezinárodního zdanění. Pozornost je zde věnována především smlouvám o zamezení dvojího danění. Navazující části přestavují zdanění z pohledu českého daňového rezidenta a nerezidenta.
Abstract:
The object of the Diploma thesis is the international income taxation with a focus on individuals. The thesis deals with determination of essential terms and the legal area of international taxation at first. Attention is paid especially to conventions for the avoidance of double taxation. The subsequent parts constitute taxation from the point of view of a Czech resident and a nonresident.
